Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while well-equipped and conveniently located near a great restaurant and good convention meeting rooms, had cleanliness issues like finding old candy near the sofa and a strong cigarette smell. The service was friendly and helpful, making up for the room issues. The location was fantastic for exploring downtown Lancaster, although there were minor inconveniences. The dining experience had its challenges, but the facilities were overall satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, providing lots of room to move around, but they felt a bit tired. The hotel served as the host for the dance competition, which brought a lively atmosphere. The location was super convenient, being in the center of Lancaster, but there were some issues in customer service experience. The service was exceptional, always accommodating and pleasant, from check-in time until check-out time. The dining experience left much to be desired, with a tasteless salmon caesar salad being a disappointment. Despite some drawbacks, the new tower amenities and easy access to downtown restaurants were a plus. The lack of an egg person during our stay was a downside, and the additional cost for a hot breakfast felt unjustified. The facilities were decent, but there is room for improvement.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had amazing windows with power curtains, making them very comfortable. The service was generally nice and helpful, although there was a hiccup during a late afternoon. The location was perfect with a beautiful view from the room, and it was within walking distance of various restaurants, cafes, and shops. Despite some disappointments with the dining options, the overall experience was positive.
